Abstract

PURPOSE:To keep the stability of amplification factor and to achieve broad band and low distortion factor, by connecting each input terminal of a differential amplifier to the base and emitter of a transistor and the output of the differential amplifier to the collector of the transistor. CONSTITUTION:An input terminal 1 grounded via a resistor 2 is connected to the gate of an FET3 and a noninverting input terminal of the differential amplifier 6. The source of the FET3 is grounded via a resistor 4 and to the noninverting terminal of the amplifier 6. The drain of the FET3 is connected to the power supply via a resistor 5 and added with the output of the amplifier 6 and connected to an output terminal 7. Taking the amplification factor of the amplifier 6 as R5/R4 (where; R4 and R5 are resistance values of the resistors 4 and 5), an output signal without distortion independently of nonlinearity and dispersion of mutual conductance of the FET3, can be obtained.
