Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent the exfoliation of flow and the deterioration of efficiency, by providing a plurality of center-bored circular partitioning plates between a main plate and a side plate of an impeller in such a way that they become parallel with one another and also by providing numerous small vanes between the main plate and the partitioning plate to form numerous small passages.
CONSTITUTION: Numerous small vanes 4a are installed vertically to a center-bored circular partitioning plate 3 to form a unit body, and thus formed unit bodies are piled and bonded in layers on one side of the main plate 1 to form an impeller. The center-bored circular partitioning plate of the outermost-end unit body is to become a side plate 2 as it is. Thus prepared impeller is to have such a structure that numerous center-bored circular partitioning plates 3 are arranged between the main plate 1 and the side plate 2 so that they become parallel one another, and gaps between the main plate 1, partitioning plate 3 and the side plate 2 are partitioned by numerous small vanes 4a to form numerous small passages. As extremely large numbers of vanes and partitioning plates are thus existing, it is possible to make the vanes thin and gaseous body passages slim and also to prevent occurrence of flow exfoliation and partial flow.
