Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce the effect by temperature, by fitting an oscillating element to a heat sink having a flange part and to which a heater is fitted. CONSTITUTION:A semiconductor like a Gunn diode is fitted at almost the center part of a heat sink plate 12. The heat sink plate 12 is connected to a connection circuit 56 via a fitting flange 14 having a window at the center. Further, the heat sink plate 12 is provided with a metal block 16 made of a good heat conductor, to assure a heat capacity, and the metal block 16 is provided with a reed switch 42 which turns on and off with temperatures. A surface heater 44 is operated with the reed switch 42 to keep the temperature constant for the oscillating circuit covered with a thermal insulating member 54.
