Abstract
PURPOSE: To titled two-pack type anchoring agent that contains an acid and water in the major component of unsaturated polyester resin and an acid-decomposable foaming agent and a curing retarder in the organic peroxide curing agent respectively, thus completing the decomposition reaction before the curing to give a constant foaming extent.
CONSTITUTION: (A) The major component of the anchoring agent, mainly consisting of an unsaturated polyester resin is combined with an acid such as formic or hydrochloric acid or water, preferably by 0.1W10wt%. Meanwhile, (B) a curing agent mainly consisting of an organic peroxide such as benzoyl peroxide is combined with (a) an acid-decomposable foaming agent, preferably by 0.5W5wt%, and (b) a curing retarder, preferably by 0.01W5wt% to give the objective two-pack type anchoring agent. As component (a), ammonium carbonate or bicarbonate with less than 250μ maximum particle size is preferred and as component (b), a quinone or amine is preferred. It is recommended that components (a) and (b) are charged from one edge of vessel so that they fill the vessel in the range from 2/5W4/5 capacity to form a cartridge.
