Abstract
PURPOSE:To carry out the control process of the resonance frequency in a short time, by sticking the ultraviolet curing material to the electrode formed on the piezoelectric substrate. CONSTITUTION:Ultraviolet curing material 12 such as the UV ink or the like is coated to either one or both of vibrating electrodes 21 and 22 which are formed on piezoelectric substrate 1. Thus the vibrating frequency is controlled for the piezoelectric element. After this, the ultraviolet rays are irradiated to the area where UV ink 12 is coated to cure the ink. Thus the film cured by the ultraviolet irradiation is formed. In such way, the heat process can be omitted to shorten the time for the control process.
