Abstract
PURPOSE: To make it possible to form the specified sharply bent portions in the proper places of an irregular-shape assembled material by forming an approximately U-shape molding chamber from a male die and a female die and disposing ejecting pins which go out to and in from the shaping face of the above-mentioned male die while resisting pressure to said male die.
CONSTITUTION: In the molding die for an irregular-shape assembled material provided with sharply bent portions, a molding chamber 11 of approximately U- form is formed by a male die 6, a female die 7 and a side core 8. Ejecting pins 15 which go up to the shaping face 14 of the male die 6 and in from said face while resisting pressure are provided to said male die in a plurality by leaving a spacing in burying in a bored hole 18 by way of a spring 17. The male die 7 is constituted by a central part 9 and a side part 10 which is placed along the central part 9 elevatalby. At the start of molding the body 13 to be pressed by the above-mentioned die, the body to be pressed is lifted by the pins 15. Just before the end of the molding, the pins 15 go into the male die 6 and mold the sharply bent parts. As a result, the sharply bent parts are easily molded without allowing any tension to remain in the bent parts and without causing any spring-back.
