Since switch 14 continues on and off when switch 12 is opened, discharge voltage of capacitor 11 recharges capacitor 10 and compensate the fall of potential through differential amplifier 15 and diode 16. Thus, when the gain of amplifier is selected properly, the voltage of capacitor C1 can be maintained.
