Abstract

PURPOSE: To enhance accuracy and reliability of a combustion controlling apparatus, by determining three control timings for prepurging operation, ignition and operation of a safety switch by means of a single capacitor.
CONSTITUTION: Resistances R1, R2 for constituting a charging circuit and resistances R4, R5 for constituting a discharging circuit are connected to a capacitor C2, to which are also connected a coil 8 of a control relay for controlling an ignitor 4, a coil 9 of a safety relay switch, and a coil 10 of a control relay for controlling a fuel shutoff valve 5. With such an arrangement, it is enabled to determine three control timings for prepurging operation, ignition and operation of a safety switch by a single capacitor C2. Therefore, the number of capacitors to be used can be reduced and accuracy and reliability of the control circuit can be improved.
