Abstract

PURPOSE: To always ensure a steady put-in and take-out of a cartridge, by distributing plural units of cylinders into which the data cartridge can be put in a radial form to form a disk part and then attaching this disk part rotatably at the frame opening part of a memory equipment.
CONSTITUTION: A number of data cartridge cells 9 are provided to the frame F of a memory equipment, and a disk part having plural units of cylinders 10 is installed at the opening part A of the frame F. The six units of cylinder 10 are distributed at the disk part in a radial form, and these cylinders are connected with the connection plate 13. Thus the cartridge is put into the cylinder 10 from outside and then taken out with a turn of the disk part by 180°. The cartridge taken out is stored in the cartridge cell 9 by the direction given from an accessor. The cartridge can be taken out by putting the cartridge into the cylinder 10 via the accessor and then turning the disk part by 180°. In such constitution, the data cartridge can always be put in and taken out in a steady way.
