Abstract
PURPOSE:To increase the detection accuracy of trouble with a simple constitution, by installing the double-system control device with which the same operation is performed with the selected output at one side delivered to the process plus the diagnosis control device which has the same function as the double-system control and is used only for detection of a faulty device.
