Abstract

PURPOSE: To properly obtain an actuation of an intermediate stroke other than a full stroke when a power is picked up by the driving of a piston by a method wherein fluid inlet and outlet ports are installed at an intermediate part and both end parts of a cylinder.
CONSTITUTION: At the utmost retractable position of a piston rod 13, each of electromagnetic valves 9W11 is operated in order that a piping 6 is communicated to a pressure fluid source, a piping 8 is closed and a piping 7 is opened to a low pressure side. With this, a piston 2 is pushed down to the utmost lower position while resisting a spring 12 by means of a pressure fluid. When this piston 2 is actuated for a full stroke, each valve of 9W11 is operated to close a fluid pressure inlet/outlet port 5 and to communicate a fluid pressure inlet/outlet port 4 to the pressure fluid source and a fluid pressure inlet/output port 3 to the low pressure side. Whereas, when the intermediate stroke up to the fluid pressure inlet/outlet port 5 is actuated, each of valves 9W11 is operated to communicate the inlet/outlet port 5 to the low pressure side and to close the inlet/outlet port 3.
