Abstract
PURPOSE: To enable the reduction copying and magnification copying which are mutually in a reciprocal relation other than unmagnification copying to be performed easily and accurately by the simple constitution of rotating an imaging element 180° around the center of the entire optical path.
CONSTITUTION: An original 1 is placed on an original platen glass 2. In the case of magnification copying, a lens L1 is placed on the optical path on the side near the original 1 by the rotation controlling of a disc 4, and the image of the original 1 is formed on the outside circumferential surface of a photosenstivie drum 3 via a stationary mirror M5, the lens L1 and a stationary mirror M16. In the case of reduction copying in a reciprocal relation with this, the disc 4 rotates 180° from the state of the magnification copying and the lens L1 is placed on the side far from the original 1 in the optical path. In the case of unmagnification copying, the lens L1 is placed in the position deviated from the optical path by the rotation controlling of the disc 4 and a lens L2 for unmagnification fixed to the disc 5 is inserted into the optical path by the rotation controlling of the disc 4.
