CONSTITUTION: Level converter 65 is connected across load resistance 49 to enable detection at a logic level. In small-current drive, if the similar current as large- current drive flows, the logic level of converter 65 changes to a high or low level, but inputs to 3-input NAND gate 77 passed through integrating circuit 74 from inverters 72 and 73 are at the high level. However, since the device is being driven continuously with the low-level small current of signal 56 or 57, abnormality of the driving circuit is stored in flip-flop 78 and while signals 52W57 are made pseudo by using output signal 79, the driving circuit is stopped.
