Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce the chip area to prevent obstruction to oscillation action due to the parasitic capacity, by utilizing the capacity between the base and the collector and the capacity between the base and the emitter of a transistor to form capacitors. CONSTITUTION:Multiemitter transistor Q12 for equivalent capacitor forms capacitor C11 between the base and the collector and forms capacitor C12 between the base and the emitter. The base and the emitter are connected to the emitter and the base of transistor Q11, respectively, and the collector is connected to power supply terminal VCC. Since the parasitic capacity formed in capacitor C12 is inserted between the power supply VCC line and the earth which becomes the reference potential point, the parasitic capacity has no influence upon the oscillation operation of the circuit.
