PURPOSE:To suppress the deformation of a base voltage waveform by connecting a correcting electric current source to the base of a transistor that has its base connected to a clamping capacitor. CONSTITUTION:Clamping capacitor 3 is charged with a signal supplied from signal source 7 and when switch 4 is closed, the operation of clamping to the DC voltage of clamping bias source 5 is performed. Transistor 9 is connected to the collector circuit of transistor 1, and base current detecting circuit 11 composed of transistor 10 to its base. Further, correcting current source 13 composed of transistor 12 is connected to base current detecting circuit 11, and the collector of transistor 12 as its output terminal to the base of transistor 1. Since the output current of the correcting current source 13 is supplied to the base circuit of transistor 1, a current flowing through clamping capacitor 3 is reduced to exclude the deformation of a base voltage waveform.
