PURPOSE:To make it possible to obtain channel pulses with efficiency by a little wiring between a common part and each channel board by supplying each channel board with a few pieces of common control information and position information individually different with time. CONSTITUTION:Receiving common load pulse Pl, respective counters 3a-3d of channel boards A-D have the pulse loaded into respective addresses, e.g. (n-1), (n-3), (n-5) and (n-8) at time (t) simultaneously. Next, respective counters 3a-3d start count operation with clock pulse Pc supplied from clock pulse generating circuit 2 to all channel boards A-D in common. In channel board A, an output is sent out of the final stage of counter 3a at time t+1; and at time t+2, FF4a operates and at time t+3, FF5a also operates. As a result, call pulses are obtained at terminals T1 and T2.
