Abstract

CONSTITUTION: Upper pressurizing jigs 11 and 12 are made of graphite; the bottom surface of one jig 11 is formed in spherical convex surface 11a, and on the center of the top surface of the other jig 12, spherical concave surface 12a in the same shape in which spherical convex surface 11a to be fitted is provided. While said surface 11a is fitted in said surface 12a, pressurizing jig 12 rotates invariably following pressure surface 13 of body to be joined 2 and the pressure operates radially as shown by arrow F, so that junction surface 9 is applied with a uniform pressure.
