Abstract

PURPOSE: To process an order accpetance of specific transaction such as reservation and order trade at the line disconnection time smoothly, by providing a means, which issues independent slip numbers, in a sale terminal to which slip numbers are given from a terminal control part.
CONSTITUTION: Plural cash registers 10 and 20 are connected to terminal control part 1, and slip numbers are given to them for specific transaction. Terminal 10 is connected to the control part from line 3 through line control part 12 normally. In this constitution, turn-on and off detecting circuit 21 is provided which detects line disconnection in parallel with control part 12 for the purpose of performing specific transaction smoothly when a fault occurs on line 3 to disconnect the line. When line disconnection of line 3 is detected by this circuit 21, the terminal adds the independent slip number in its own slip issuing part 22 and issues slips.
