Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable high reliability with a simple constitution, by comparing the past failure information stored with the newest failure, and storing the failure information detected into the memory unit, in case of disagreement.

CONSTITUTION: The signal on the failure information line 3 is selected as the failure information at the selective circuit section 19 and latched to the write register 20. On the other hand, the failure information read out from the memory section 21 is latched to the memory register 22. The output of the registers 20 and 22 is compared at the comparison section 25, and if a new failure is detected, a pulse signal is output from the alarm signal line 11. Further, the failure signal in the register 20 is written in the memory section 21 on the R/W signal line from the timing generating section 24. With this constitution, since failure information is stored by using the memory element, the integration and differentiation circuits provided with each failure information line are not required and the circuit can remarkably be simplified.
