Abstract

PURPOSE: To make a ventilating fan for duct thinner and improve the suction performance thereof, by employing an outer rotor motor for said ventilating fan.
CONSTITUTION: An outer rotor motor 12 is secured to the inside upper surface of a ventilating fan frame 7 through screws 13, and a covering recess 18 is joined to the lower surface of the outer rotor motor 12. Thereby, the oscillation quantity of a centrifugal fan 15 decreases, so that a gap gB can be reduced by said decreased portion. Accordingly, the ventilating fan for duct can be made thinner, as well as the suction performance thereof can be improved.
