Abstract
PURPOSE:To achieve a circuit suitable for circuit integration and less in failure rate, by changing the emitter area ratio of transistors TRs of a differential amplifier and delaying a signal at an input terminal. CONSTITUTION:The current of a current source I21 can flow to a TRQ21 when a differential input is zero, by decreasing the emitter area of a TRQ22 than that of the TRQ21. When the input at a terminal 31 rises, a signal is given to the TRQ21 as it is, but the signal is applied to the TRQ22 with a delay by a circuit consisting of a resistance R23 and capacitor C21. In this case, the signal at an output terminal is unchanged. When the signal at the terminal 31 falls down, a delayed signal is applied to the TRQ22, then a current of the current source I21 flows to the TRQ22 and the level at a terminal 32 falls down by the delay time of the delay circuit.
