Abstract

PURPOSE:To generate driving pulses which rise and fall quickly by mixing a differential waveform into the output integral waveform of MOSFET by interposing a capacitor between input and output terminals. CONSTITUTION:Between the input terminal and output terminal of the switching circuit composed of complementary MOS semicondutor elements Mn and Mp, capacitor C is interposed. As a result, when a rectangular pulse signal is inputted, a signal of differential waveform transferred via capacitor C is mixed into a signal of integral waveform transferred via MOSFET Mn so as to obtain a rectangular signal which rises and falls in the same way as the input signal as far as resistance values of variable resistances R3 and R4 are adjusted properly.
