Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a film having improved durability, adhesiveness, corrosion resistance, etc., by coating the surface of a galvanized film with a coating material composition containing zinc powder, and calcium acetate in a resin composition of an epoxy resin, etc.
CONSTITUTION: A coating material composition prepared by mixing (A) 90W 15wt% (solid content) epoxy resin composition, e.g. bisphenol A type epoxy resin, or urethane resin composition, e.g. polyester urethane resin, with (B) 5W50wt% metallic zinc powder and (C) 5W35wt% calcium acetate is applied to the surface of a galvanized film, particularly molten galvanized film layer, and dried to form the aimed coating film layer.
