Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the plant trip caused by a service interruption and to increase the reliability of a plant, by starting the full voltage after an instantaneous service interruption is recovered for a motor which is driven by a starting system with reduction of voltage. CONSTITUTION:A delta starting contact device 10 is turned into a latch type contact device. As a result, the device 10 having its working coil energized after the set time of a start delta timer 7 maintains the delta connection unless a reset coil is energized. The reset coil of the device 10 is energized with the resetting of an auxiliary contact 15 of a main contact device 3 and a contact 16 of a timer 12 to be reset to the original state. And the contact 15 is turned on during an instantaneous service interruption, and the contact 16 is turned off in an instantaneous service interruption within the set time of the timer 12. As a result, the device 10 maintains its working state, and the full voltage is started after the power supply is recovered.
