CONSTITUTION:A grill heater 9 is provided to the lower bottom of a grill chamber 8 consisting of grill walls 6 and a grill pan 7, together with an upper heater 4 for grill-cooking, as well as the upper heater 4 and a lower heater 5 are respectively provided to the ceiling and the bottom part of an oven chamber 1 for oven-cooking, in a cooker, a high-frequency heating cooker, for instance. Of these arrangements, at least the upper heater 4 and grill heater 9 are to be provided detachably, and on the surface of a heater, a flame sprayed layer 12 of melted metallic oxide such as zirconium oxide, emitting far infrared rays, is formed.
