In the metallic mold, by heating the lamination sheet 3 to plastic isize films 2, 2 and the sheet 1 is foamed. Thus, the films 2, 2 are plactisized and the sheet 1 is foamed. A diaphragm plate 4 thus obtained has high bending rigidity, and a suitable internal loss is obtained with a thermally foamed resin sheet 1' in the foamed state, and high sound propagation speed is achieved by the films 2, 2, and balanced acoustic characteristics can be provided.
