Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide an ink pot device that is capable of regulating the amount of ink discharged at each section of the divisions with high accuracy and good reproducibility by providing rollers opposite to the rear end faces of divided blades in parallel on a blade base, which rollers being loaded on the eccentric section of a adjust lever that is pivot-supported on an eccentric shaft. CONSTITUTION:An adjustment lever 51 is pivot-supported on a blade base 15 with an eccentric shaft 48, and a roller 50 that is loaded on the eccentric section of the eccentric shaft is made to contact the rear end faces of the divided blades. To the free end of the adjustment lever 51 a slider 45 is engaged, and the divided blades 19 are advanced or retreated by sliding the slider 45 by means of an adjustment screw 38 to adjust the gap between the blades 19 and an ink pot roller 12.
