Abstract
PURPOSE: An insulated wire with excellent winding workability, prepd. by forming an insulating coat layer on a conductive material and further forming on said coat layer a coat layer prepd. by applying and baking an insulating paint prepd. by dissolving a specified polyamide resin and a specified resin mixture in a solvent.
CONSTITUTION: An insulated wire prepd. by forming an insulating coat layer on a conductive material and further forming on said coat layer a coat layer formed by applying and baking an insulating paint prepd. by dissolving 100pts.wt. at least one polyamide selected from the group consisting of nylon 66, nylon 6 and nylon 610, and 10W100pts.wt. mixture consisting of a stabilized isocyanate compd. such as 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate, in which the active group is masked with a phenol, etc., and a resin selected from the group consisting of a phenolformaldehyde resin and epoxy-modified phenol resin in a solvent. The obtained wire is remarkably excellent in wear resistance and heat softening resistance as compared with the conventional nylon-coated wire, so that it is wound by a high-speed automatic winder without any difficulty.
