Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the high frequency noise properties for an IC in which an integrator consists of an operational amplifier plus a capacity between a metallic electrode and a diffusion layer, by providing a supply voltage elimination ratio improving circuit. CONSTITUTION:An integrator consists mainly of an operation a amplifier OP, a capacity CB that feeds back the output of the OP and a resistance. The feedback capacity CB uses the area between a metallic electrode opposite to a diffusion layer via an insulated film and the diffusion layer. As a semiconductor substrate is connected to a power source, the high frequency noise VS of the power source E emerges at the output through a capacity Cj formed between the substrate and the diffusion layer. To remove this effect, an inverter INU of gain G which receives a supply of the noise VS is provided along with a supply voltage elimination ratio improving circuit consisting of capacity CC and connected between the output terminal of the inverter and the output terminal of the operational amplifier with a capacity value of 1/G.
