CONSTITUTION:After the inside circumference of a backing metal 1 is subjected to surface treatments such as degreasing and cleaning, a plating layer (intermediate layer ) 2 consisting of a soft metal simple substance such as Sn and Cu is formed. Next, an Al alloy layer 3 is formed on the inside circumferential face of the bakcing metal by the centrifugal casting method or the like. In this case, lower one of melting points of the Al alloy layer 3 and the intermediate layer 2 is used as the reference temperature to bring rolls 4 into press-contact with the backing metal 1 and the layer 3, and they are adhered closely completely. After the Al alloy layer 3 is brought into press-contact with the backing metal 1, the layer 3 is cut and finished, thus completing an alloy bearing.
