Abstract

PURPOSE: To accomplish short-time massproduction by strong bonding of the second material made of an extremely plastic alloy and the first material made of metal or made as a metal layer forming the inner surface of the cavity through a mutual diffusion with a metal layer interposed.
CONSTITUTION: The surface of a matrix is electrically plated with a metal 12 which is properly adhesible to the matrix 11 and easily peelable from products formed thereon. The layer 12 thus plated is electrically plated with a metal or an alloy layer 13 which is electrically plated again with the third metal layer 14. The metal 12 allows mutual diffusion with an extremely plastic alloy formed thereon and component elements of the layer 13. The metal matrix provided with respective layers 12W14 is pressed into the extremely plastic alloy 16. After cooled, the peeling property of the layer 12 causes it to separate from the alloy layer 13. The first material composed of the alloy layer 13 is supported by the second material composed of the extremely plastic alloy 16. The layer 13 composes a mold 18 formed on the inner surface of the cavity 17.
