Abstract

PURPOSE: To form the Cu plating layer of a uniform thickness on the face of an Mo sheet readily, by supporting the Mo sheet by an Ni belt which is bent so as to surround the circumference of the Mo sheet at the plural places elastically and by performing Cu plating using the Ni belt as a cathode.
CONSTITUTION: A belt like piece 1 of Ni is bent to surround the circumference of Mo sheet 5 and a supporting jig 2 combining a cathode is made by providing properly a protrusion parts 3 which protrude their bent parts to the inner direction. The Mo sheet 5 is fit to this jig 2 and the circumference of the sheet 5 is supported 4 by the protrusion part 3 in a point contact. Then, after the Mo sheet 5 is degreased and washed with water, the anode treatment and Ni striking treatment are performed successively, then it is washed with water.
