Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a high density photoconductive sheet composed of light guide paths arranged at high density by joining 2 photoconductive sheets each formed by arranging linear protrusions made of resin with a higher refractive index on a substrate. CONSTITUTION:A resin 4 with a higher refractive index is injected into the linear grooves 3 of a matrix 1 having many straightly extended linear protrusions 2 of the same trapezoid sectional shape, and a resin 5 with a lower refractive index sticking to the resin 4 is applied. After solidifying the resin 4 and thoroughly sticking both the resins 4, 5 to each other, the resulting laminate 6 is detached from the matrix 1, and a resin 8 with a lower refractive index is thinly applied to the surface of the resin 4. A laminate 11 similar to the laminate 6 is prepared using the matrix 1, and before the resin 8 is solidified, the laminate 11 is joined to the laminate 6 while combining the protrusions with the recesses.
