Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable to perform a remote control, by a method wherein an electromagnetic valve is opened and closed by means of a signal from a sequencer, and a fluid pressure feeds a sample, cleans a sample vessel, locks and unlocks. CONSTITUTION:With a shut off valve 2 closed, a sample is fed to a connector part 12 through a sample inlet 17 from a valve 3. With an electromagnetic valve 23 opened by means of a sequencer 28, an air pressure of an air line 31 pushes upward a sleeve 10 as well as a piston 16 and a slider 15, and thereby the sample is fed to a sample vessel 7 from the connector part 12. The sample returns to a sample line 1 through a sample discharge pipe 8, an inner hole in a slider 15, and a sample outlet 18. Then, with the electromagnetic valve 23 closed and an electromagnetic valve 25 opened, the piston 16, the slider 15, and the sleeve 10 are lowered to tightly close the sample vessel 7. Then, with a valve 19 for pure water opened, pure water washes the bottom surface of the sample vessel 7. Then, with an electromagnetic valve 27 opened, air pressure is applied to a quick connector device 13 to unlock the vessel 7.
