Abstract
PURPOSE:To provide follow-up control with high responsive property and locating accuracy by overlapping corrective output of inter-polar voltage corresponding to the feeding directional vector of an actual control shaft on each axial position correcting signal of a locating control system. CONSTITUTION:To the digital value input ends of multiplier type D/A converters 50X, 50Y are respectively supplied corrective factor outputs Kx, Ky corresponding to the interpolating ratios of axes X, Y obtained from a control unit 24 as digital amount, and the multiplication outputs of the converters 50X, 50Y are supplied to capacitors Cx, Cy. The corrective factor outputs Kx, Ky obtained from the control units 24 are ratios of parallel data of axes X, Y obtained from an output latching circuit of the unit 24 and generated to coincide with the direction of contracting or expanding both electric discharge machining gaps between a work-piece 10 and electric discharge machining electrode 12 in the axes X, Y.
