Abstract

PURPOSE:To realize division arithmetic between signals A and B with high precision by using gain variable circuits. CONSTITUTION:Division siganl A is inputted from terminal 6 to the 1st gain variable circuits Q1 and Q2, whose outputs are fed back as control voltage V of the 1st gain variable circuits, thereby automatically holding the output K(V).1 at about constant value C. On the other hand, the 2nd gain variable circuits Q4 and Q5 whose gains are similarly expressed by K(V) are supplied with the same control voltage V while divided signal B is applied to terminal 7, so that a signal equivalent to the division result will appear at the output.
