Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve fluidity and cement-depositing quality, by a method wherein water is added in the specified ratio to Portland cement for agitation and after high vibration is applied, fine aggegates are added to place it in forms. CONSTITUTION:After a vibration, having high frequency, is applied to cement, whereto water, being equivalent to 25% of a cement weight, is added for agitation to create a liquefying phenomenon, reminding water is added to agitate it again to prepare a cement paste. Sand and pebbles are added to the cement paste to knead it, and concrete is placed in water in an excavated hole, or in an open caisson, sunk underwater, and temporary forms through a tremie pipe.
