CONSTITUTION:When a motor 6 is run in one direction, the projecting part 7 on an arm 8 oscillates an oscillating lever 11. The lever 11 moves a scraper 12 back and forth with its projecting part 16. The projecting parts 20 provided at both ends of the scraper move back and forth in the hopper, and feed the toner to an opening part 2, thereby preventing the stagnation and solidification of the toner.
