Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide the titled compsn. having excellent storage stability, processing safety, vulcanization flow characteristics, valanization rate, etc. of a vulcanization stock as well as excellent shapability during vulcanization molding, by blending a specified org. compd. with a vulcanizable mixture obtd. by blending specified three components with a fluroine-contg. elastomer.
CONSTITUTION: At least one compd. selected from the group consisting of 1,8- diazabicyclo[5.4.0]undec-7-ene, 1,5-diazabicyclo[4.3.0]non-5-ene or a 1W4C alkyl group-contg. 4-dialkylaminopyridine (A), N-alkyl-substd. amide compds. (B) and a (poly)alkylene glycol or mono- or dialkyl ether thereof (C), is incorporated in a vulcanizable mixture obtd. by blending a bivalent metal oxide and/ or hydroxide, an arom. polyhydroxy compd. and an equimolar mixture of an active hydrogen-contg. arom. compd. and a quaternary phosphonium compd. with a fluorine-contg. elastomer.
