Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide the titled molding material which can give stable electrically conductive moldings, by adding an electrically conductive material to a phenolic resin contg. carbon black.
CONSTITUTION: A novolak type phenolic resin precondensate, a hardener such as hexamethylenetetramine, carbon black, an electrically conductive material such as silver powder or graphite powder having a particle size of 30 mesh or smaller, and other additives such as a filler, a parting agent, a colorant, etc., are kneaded together. The mixture is crushed to obtain the titled molding material. Pref. the electrically conductive material is used in an amount of 8W30wt% based on the total amount of the molding material.
