Abstract
PURPOSE:To make the control of the revolving speed of the engine proper and smooth, and simplify the controlling and regulating operations thereupon by utilizing the apparent value of the opening degree of an accelerator. CONSTITUTION:A decision, whether the engine is in the idling condition or not, is effected at a stage S103, and when the revolving speed Ne of the engine is higher than an objective revolving speed Nr, a control to reduce the apparent opening degree A of the accelerator is effected, as a result, a fuel injection amount G is decreased and the revolving speed of the engine is reduced. On the contrary, when the revolving speed Ne is lower then the objective revolving speed Nr, the apparent opening degree A of the accelerator is increased at the stages S110-S115 to increase the fuel injection amount Q and the revolving speed Ne of the engine is increased. When the engine is not being operated in the idling condition, the actual opening degree Ap of the accelerator is compared with the apparent opening degree A of the accelerator at the stage S119 and the injection amount Q is calculated utilizing the actual opening degree Ap when A<Ap.
