PURPOSE:To make phase adaption of each gear easy, by specifying a kind of gear of each gear train and by enabling microscopic adjustment of an intermediate shaft of two step gear trains in an axial direction, in a captioned power transmission through which a rotation of an input shaft is transmitted to an output shaft through gear trains extending over two steps. CONSTITUTION:Power of an input shaft 1 is distributed and transmitted to plural number of intermediate shafts 10, for example three shafts 10 through a first step gear train G1, which is assembled and transmitted to an output shaft 2 simultaneously through a second gear train G2. In this case, the gear train G1 consists of a pinion helical gear 8 fixed to an input shaft 1 and three helical gears 9 which gear into the helical gear 8 and possess more cogs than that of the helical gear 8. The gear train G2 consists of pinion spur gears 11 fixed to the each intermediate shaft and a spur gear 12 which gears into the pinion spur gear 11 and fixed to an output shaft 2. Then the intermediate shaft 10 is supported by a pair of initially coned disc springs 17 and 18 at its both ends and microscopic adjustment of the same in an axial direction is made possible.
