Abstract

PURPOSE:To simultaneously form internal and external cylindrical coils and to contrive the improvement of production efficiency by a method wherein one of the internal and external cylindrical coils is formed by coil strands feeded in parallel with the winding shaft direction and the other is wound and formed by a belt-like tape consisting of juxaposed coil strands. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of self-fusion type coil strands are arranged around a winding shaft 25 and are fed by simultaneously mounting and juxaposing in the winding shaft 25 direction in parallel and without gap by bobbins 26 synchronously rotating with the winding shaft 25 and a self-fusion type beltlike tape 28 consisting of the coil strands juxaposed on the feeding coil strands is declined and wound up without gap. An organic solvent is applied to these coil strands and the beltlike tape 28 to join and form in one body and a coil unit raw material consisting of the combination of the internal and external cylindrical coils 11, 12 is formed and the coil unit raw material is cut for every 360 deg. of the twisting angle of the beltlike tape and the internal and external coil strands superimposing in the radius direction are successively united to form an electrical closed loop and to compose a coil unit.
