Raw water fed through a water-supply plug 1 is quantitatively mixed with carbonic acid gas from a carbonic acid gas cylinder 3, and converted into the carbonated water under a pressurized condition. A mineral part is dissolved and extracted by the mineral filter 9, and inclusions in the mineral water are removed by adsorption with the water-purifying filter 8.
