Abstract

PURPOSE: To cast a high viscosity synthetic resin within a short period, by evacuating the interior of a pressure-reducing box in which a casting mold and a synthtic resin-reserving pot are arranged, and turning over the pressure-reducing box to pour a resin liquid from the pot into the casting mold.
CONSTITUTION: A casting mold 5 is attached to a mold-attaching jig 2 at an upper part in a pressure-reducing box 1, in the state that its resin-pouring opening is downside. A resin-feed pot 4 reserving a synthetic resin liquid 6 therein a attached at a lower part in the box 1. The resin-pouring opening of the casting mold 5 is coupled with the resin-feed opening of the pot 4. A vacuum pump 11 is driven to discharge air through a charge/discharge pipe 10 from the box 1. After air in the mold 5 an air, water, etc. mixed into the resin liquid 6 are removed, a rotation drive means 8 i driven to rotate the box 1 by 180°, and to pour the resin liquid 6 from the pot 4 into the mold 5. Thereafter, a compression pump 12 is driven to inject compressed air into the box 1 and to raise a pressure inside the box 1. Thus, the resin liquid 6 is completely packed into the mold 5.
