Abstract

PURPOSE: To efficiently manufacture a titled crankshaft, by conducting a step- bending operation for an eccentric sliding part at one end of one piece of blank steel pipe as well as forming almost conically shaped lubricating part at the other end of the blank steel pipe through its plastic deformation, and fixing a separately manufactured balanced weight close to said step-bending part.
CONSTITUTION: Press operation is conducted on one piece of blank steel pipe to form an eccentric sliding part 12b at one end by means of step-bending process so as to have a prescribed eccentricity as well as to form an almost conically shaped lubricating part 11c at the other end with the aid of its plastic deformation. Then a spirally formed oil groove 11d is formed at the part positioning within the bearing (not shown in the drawing) of shaft part 11a of the obtained crankshaft 11 and an oil outlet hole 11e is formed at the part of the oil groove 11d as well as another oil outlet hole 11f in the same direction on the sliding part 12b. After a blanced weight 12 is separately manufactured from a steel plate, it is fixed to the vicinity of a step-bent part 11g of the shaft 11 by means of press-inserting method to obtain the purposed crankshaft for motor-driving compressor.
