Abstract

PURPOSE: To manufacture the metallic pipe, both surfaces thereof are coated with resin, easily by a method wherein one surface of a metallic plate is coated with resin, the metallic plate is bent in a pipe shape so that the coated surface is directed toward an inner surface and an outer surface of the pipe is coated with resin.
CONSTITUTION: The metallic plate 4 is heated by means of a heating device C while a synthetic resin film 5 is heat-sealed on one surface of the metallic plate 4, and an inner surface resin coated layer 2 is formed. The metallic plate 4 is bent in a tubular shape directing the inner surface resin coated layer 2 toward the inside by means of a forming device E and the pipe body 1 is made up, melted resin is supplied on the outer surface of the pipe body 1 from an extruder A and the outer surface is coated with resin. Accordingly, the metallic pipe, the both surfaces thereof are coated with synthetic resin, can easily be manufactured.
