Abstract
PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for a separate pressure insertion device for rotor shaft and to reduce the number of working processes, by a method wherein a rotor shaft is pushed up to the lower part of a blank stand by fixed pressure for holding the rotor shaft, and punched iron core segments are stacked while being successively pressed and inserted on the rotor shaft to form an iron core. CONSTITUTION:A rotor shaft 15 is held on a rotor shaft holder 16 and inserted in the through hole 10 of a transfer stand 9, and after the rotor shaft 15 has been transferred to the lower part of the blank stand 6, the rotor shaft 15 is pushed up in the blank stand 6 by fixed pressure by an oil hydraulic cylinder 13. Iron core segments 5 made by punching magnetic plates 1 with a punch 7 are dropped in the blank stand 6. And after a laminated iron core 17 has been formed by inserting by press and stacking the iron core segments by the predetermined number while mutually engaging processed projection sections with each iron core segment 5, the laminated iron core 17 is accommodated around the through hole 10 of the transfer stand 9 by lowering the oil hydraulic cylinder 13. Finally, the laminated iron core 17 is taken out by moving the transfer stand 9, and then the next rotor shaft is set.
