Abstract
PURPOSE:To eliminate the nonlinear distortion, by installing a transistor (TR) receiving an input at its base and a reverse conduction type TR receiving the output of the above-mentioned TR at its base respectively and supplying the current having a certain relation of ratio to both TRs. CONSTITUTION:An NPN TRQ1 receiving an input signal v1 at its base and a PNP TRQ2 receiving the output of the TRQ1 at its base are connected to a current Miller circuit 1 comprising TRQ3 and TRQ4. The current having no relation to the base-emitter voltage of the TRQ1 and TRQ2 flows to the TRQ2. Accordingly the attracted current of a TRQ6 is decided by the current Miller ratio between resistances R2 and R4. The same working is given by a circuit that receives an input signal v2, and the induced current of a TRQ11 is decided by the current Miller ratio between resistances R7 and R8. The output current i0 is turned into an output current having no distortion and according to the difference between the input signals v1 and v2.
