Abstract
PURPOSE: To keep the attitude of raw liquid supply block correctly, make sure coming off of the cake and perform unmanned filtering work by connecting the top of vertical members with a cross beam and fitting a raw liquid supply block to the cross beam.
CONSTITUTION: A vertical member 13 is placed in the middle of adjoining filter plates 1. The vertical member 13 and side steel belts 2, 2 are connected with two parallel links 9-9 or 10-10 arranging the links in conical form. In the middle of a cross beam 14, front and rear end cylinders in the base of a raw liquid supply block 16 are supported by two, front and rear, fitting plates 15 through a shock absorbing rubber. Since the cross beam 14 is supported by a pantagraph mechanism, the raw liquid supply block 16 installed at its center is always positioned at the center, in longitudinal direction, of the interval of filter plates 1 when the filter plates 1 are opened to discharge cake.
